Top Incoming Freshmen Report of 2017 Released

The wait is over! It brings me great pleasure to introduce you to the Top Incoming Freshmen of 2017. This Report is a culmination of over six months of research and design to bring Wrestling Fans a look at the top Pennsylvania freshmen who will be competing this season.

The Report ranks the Top 75 Freshmen and includes 31 Honorable Mentions to include 106 wrestlers from all across the Keystone State. Any comments or corrections can be sent to me at jeff.upson@papowerwrestling.com
