Lucas Miller signs his NLI

Boyertown Area senior Lucas Miller had a break-out season in 2015 when he qualified for his first career PIAA State Tournament and didn’t stop there. At the State Tournament Lucas crawled his way into the semifinals where he lost to fellow District 1 grappler Zach Trampe (Council Rock South) despite having an early lead (3-2). Miller would go on to finish in fifth place bringing his career record to (115-32). The senior signed a National Letter of Intent to Kutztown and head coach Robert Fisher where he projects to compete at 133 lbs. for the Goldon Bears.

Mifflin County Senior Trey Hartsock

Lock Haven head coach Scott Moore continues to rack them in from the Class of 2016. His latest addition is Mifflin County senior Trey Hartsock who was a PIAA State Medalist in 2015. The 2x PIAA State Qualifier will be staying close to home and is just one of several Keystone State wrestlers who committed to Lock Haven. Most recently Trey competed in the Super 32 where he placed seventh at 195 lbs. He projects to compete at 184 lbs./197 lbs. for the Bald Eagles. Trey is the third Mifflin County senior to sign for a NCAA Division I program joining teammates Hayden Hidlay (Mifflin County) and Noah Stewart (Army).
