Top Incoming Freshmen of 2016 Released!

The wait is over! Pennsylvania’s Top Incoming Freshmen of 2016 has been completed and is now available for viewing. Overall the TIF of 2016 features 75 ranked rookies plus 11 Honorable Mentions. The report took roughly six months to complete and includes a list of credentials for each wrestler. Any mistakes or corrections can be e-mailed to Jeff Upson at papowerwrestling@gmail.com
