PAP04: Bishop McCort Head Coach Shad Benton Discusses New Program

Ever since Bishop McCort High School in Johnstown, PA ended their co-op with Westmont Hilltop a year ago the thought of a new wrestling program was intriguing. In 2016-2017 McCort will have their first ever wrestling program but unlike many first year programs the Crushers will be highlighted by some of the State’s top talent. They will return two PIAA State Runner-ups in juniors Anthony Walters and Josiah Jones in addition to PIAA State Qualifiers Carnell Andrews and Ethan Kelly.
