Pennsylvania Wrestling Earns 49 NCAA Div. I National Qualifiers

A total of 49 wrestlers from the Keystone State will be heading to St. Louis next week for the NCAA Division I National Championship for a chance to compete on wrestling’s biggest stage. When breaking down the NCAA Qualifiers by Pennsylvania Districts the power from Western PA is apparent with 17 of the 49 qualifiers all being from the WPIAL/District 7. The high school programs with the most qualifiers include Franklin Regional which will see four former Panthers in St. Louis while the Canon-McMillan Big Macs send three. See the breakdown below!
